This policy covers the dimbo.ai website. It does not describe the Dimbo product, which runs on your own infrastructure and processes your data under a separate agreement.

What we collect

When you request a Deadline Audit or write to us, we receive what you send: your name, work email, company, company size, role and message. That's it. We use it only to reply to you and arrange the audit. It is delivered to our team by email (to [email protected]) and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Cookies & tracking

The website sets one strictly-necessary cookie to remember your language choice (see the Cookie Policy). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, with no personal data and no cross-site tracking. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the data you sent, or withdraw your request at any time — just write to [email protected]. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for product engagements is available on request.
